    • Lodging Packages EPIC UNIVERSE INCLUDED - Each hotel occupant receives a 5 Day Park Ticket - Enjoy 4 days to move freely between Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay, and 1 separate day at Epic Universe. The 3 Park 4 Day Park to Park PLUS 1 Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Volcano Bay theme parks on any four (4) separate calendar days. The ticket also entitles the same one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe on ONE (1) separate calendar day.
    • Lodging Packages WITHOUT EPIC UNIVERSE - Each hotel occupant receives a 5 Day Park Ticket - Move freely between Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. The 5 Day Park Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Volcano Bay theme parks on any five (5) separate calendar days. 
  • The ticket is valid over a ten (10) consecutive calendar day period (APRIL 21-30, 2026). The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on the ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. 
  • Includes a 2-Day Event Spectator Wristband for all spectators  
  • Complimentary shuttle bus transportation to Universal Parks from Universal Resorts

  • Lodging Packages must be paid by the deadline, or the reservation will be canceled and any deposits will not be returned

LODGING PACKAGE PAYMENT FINAL DEADLINE: MARCH 11th, 2026  

All cancellations and modifications must be received by March 2nd. These MUST be submitted on the Change Request Form. Do NOT contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservation.

Guest Payment Details

Log in to your account at eventconnect.io/login after booking to complete your payment(s). 

  • All cancellations and modifications must be received by March 9th, 2026
  • All reservation modifications or cancellations MUST be submitted on the Change Request Form found HERE
  • Do NOT contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservation.
  • The final payment for the lodging package is due on March 11, 2026. If full payment is not received by March 11th, 2026, your reservation will be cancelled and any and all deposits received will not be refunded.
  • Universal Park Tickets and spectator event passes cannot be removed from Lodging Packages for any reason or situation.
  • All rooms will require an incidental hold to be placed upon arrival. Prevailing discounted self-parking prices for overnight guests and payment will be collected at the hotel.
  • $110 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per room is due at the time of booking. Additional nights will incur a $10 service fee per night, which is reflected in the deposit.

  • The Open Championship Series is not responsible for issues regarding hotel rooms. Issues include but are not limited to mold, pet hair, loud and/or intoxicated people, allergic reactions, bad service, dirty rooms, incorrect information given by hotel employees regarding Open events and/or refund policies
